The apartment complex needs an update. The entrance to my apartment needs to be painted.

This development was never the best but with the new manageenr company it has become atrocious. We went month to month and theyve icneeased rent to luxuury rental stayus with 3 rent increases. Is understandnit if the building, property and service was amazing but its not. Lights are constantly out in the stairwells, ice and snow is not cleaned up and stairwell is left icy, lights in the parking lot were out for months, they havent gotten the payment system right since they’ve arrived after not having one for months and still blame tenants for issues, everything in the units is constantly breaking or finicky to work, we dont get any notice of things going on or changing with the buildings anymore, and all the gates are constanly broken and open. The former and current maintainence staff is absolutely amaizng. Mario and his team are the only good thing about this development.
