Exceptional Apartment

I have the pleasure of staying at Notch8 Apartments, and I can confidently say it stands out as one of the best apartment complexes I've encountered. From the moment I arrived, the professionalism and warmth of Ms. Angelica was evident. The complex boasts modern, stylish units with top-notch finishes. The luxurious layouts are complemented by high-end appliances, and the attention to detail in the design—like beautoful kitchen backsplash and hardwood floors—creates a truly luxurious living experience. Amenities are impressive, including a state-of-the-art fitness center, a sparkling swimming pool, and beautifully landscaped communal areas. The management team clearly prioritizes residents’ comfort and convenience, offering timely maintenance and a range of community events that foster a strong sense of community. Location is also a plus, with easy access to local shops, restaurants, and public transport, making it a practical choice for both work and leisure. Needs improvement

I have lived here for over two years. In the time I have lived here I have seen the complex go from a pretty decent place to live in to a place I can't wait to move out from. The quiet hours rules are not respected or enforced. The trash chute has been broken for over half a year. My air conditioning and fans were broken and while the ac took about a month to get fixed, the fan was out for a couple of months. For some reason the leasing office is open but people are not inside. The building has degraded but the prices have been raised. I do believe the change in management was the downfall of what used to be a nice building to live in.
