Room for improvement

Management is attentive to needs and maintenance is very good. However parking is a major issue and Amenities are at minimal. Noise is a big issue however considering Covid and number of stay at home residents perhaps unavoidable.

Kudos and Comments

1. The parking spaces for disabled residents are not wide enough. 2. the bathrooms are small and the doors open the wrong way. 3. The Resident manager is Efficient and courteous. She does ab excellent job with the residents. 4 Corporate customer service reps. are awesome as well!

Used to be better

Amenities went from average to non existent, little to no parking at night, majority of parking too small to fit regular sedan, noisy neighbors, kids running around, noisy ac vents, rent increased by $40 every year without adding any substantial value and actually taking amenities away, maintenance seems to be the only consistent thing that works here, staff is pleasant but not motivated to do any real work and are honestly lazy. Cost to Value ratio is very low.
