I've lived at Kings Gardens over 10 years and every year I write that we need a "club house" game room for the children, a business station, an exercise room. The children in the community destroy signs, cards and the property because there is no outlet other than a single playground. We need to have more community activities. After a certain time you have to pray for a parking spot close to your building. Be careful where you walk because everyone doesn't clean up after their dog. Management seems to change every three years.

At the beginin was very good,, six years ago, now had canged. The maintenance is poor, no left any note if the technicans fix someone request. And the parking is a problem . We call for some problems a d usually on weekend nobody come to fix its. Please take care already.
