I've been residing here for 7 years and I must say that the new maintenance crew is efficient. Jose and Carlos are skilled, knowledgeable, and efficient. I have had two issues within the last three weeks and they were attentive and fixed the issues in less than 10 minutes. They are pleasant and friendly. I hope that they stay around for a while. I appreciate them.
