Pretty good

A short walk to stores, close to d.c., beautiful view are some pluses. The apartments are small, the gym is good, high turnover of residents.

Good amenities,management can improve

Dear Management, I'm writing to share my experience at Delray Apartments. The amenities are well-planned, and the community is unique and welcoming. The concierge staff, especially Jay, is excellent. However, I've faced issues with maintenance and management. There's a lack of coordination, as seen when I booked the skylounge, approved by one agent, then denied by another due to a double booking. I was without a washing machine for two months due to unresolved maintenance issues, and at times, my messages were ignored. This lack of responsiveness is inconvenient. I suggest improved tooling for management and maintenance, and incentivizing maintenance staff to address issues promptly. I hope my feedback contributes to making Delray a better place to live.
