Cityside

Lived here since the start of the pandemic. This community needs an overhaul of amenities & activities. The option for washer & dryers are needed. The planning of more community activities so tenants can get to know one another. Design a community website where tenants can chat with each other regarding information that may be needed in & around the area. Management has to give 100% of their energy to uplift & repair the moral of this community. Monthly tenant vs Management meetings should be planned to discuss issues whether they are good or bad. There should be a maintenance staffer on-duty after hours who is mandated to stay on the property while on-call. Normal maintenance hours should be the same as the office staff to include Saturday's. Someone from the office should be designated to walk the property in each building at least once a week. Making sure elevators are operable, stairwells are free of debris, laundry room equipment is operable, trash area is free of debris and the common areas are clean. The carpet in the hallways in each building on each floor should be vacuumed twice a week & shampooed every other month. Instead of leaving office notices on the unit door, slide them under the door in a sealed envelope. This will maintain a tenant's privacy for all matters!

The apartment complex isn't what it used to be. Especially in the laundry mat where most of the machines are broken.
