Purebred and/or any mixed form of the following breeds are restricted at our community: Akita, Alaskan Malamute, American Bulldog, Chowchow, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherd, Great Dane, Mastiff Breeds, Pitbull Breeds, Rottweiler, Saint Bernard, Staffordshire Terrier, Wolf Hybrids. Ferrets, rabbits and guinea pigs are not permitted. Reptiles are not allowed. Birds must be kept inside and caged. Aquariums require additional insurance coverage of $100,000 in water damage. I've lived here three months now and I LOVE IT. I love living here because it's peaceful and calm and quiet. The people in the office have a positive and helpful attitude and work efficiently. As far as pricing goes, it's the best you'll find. You can be 100% sure they will try to make you feel at home as imagined. I also very much appreciate getting home and not finding someone elses car parked in my parking spot. You won't regret moving into this lovely community you'll call home.

My experience has been great. Great office professionals. The slight negative is maintenance turn around time. Besides that, grest property to be apart of.
