Pine Valley Townhomes III

There are far too many cars parked on the roads, particularly Regent Street. The houses look untidy right at the entrance, a poor first impression of the townhomes. Far too many trash bins in the front of the units, and toys left in the yards. On Regent street there is a black truck that hasn’t moved in probably a year, the one with the yellow Slow sign peeking out. One garage on the street has a vulgar cuss word on display on a flat, with impressionable children playing in the street, its offensive.

I don’t like that someone has a flag hanging in his garage all can see that says fu$k trump. I don’t care about his political views but the language is inappropriate in a family neighborhood

I absolutely love living at Pine Valley. It is clean. They keep it me and it's safe for our children to play.

We have lived here since March and we have loved it the town home is lovely. Our neighbors are very kind and the staff is wonderful

When I first moved it it was very quiet. Soon it got a lot of families with little kids and was much busier and louder.

I've lived here for 10 years and I love it. I love that I have a fenced backyard, and a garage.
