San Tropez

I recently signed another year on my lease. The manager was very helpful with the moving cost, even the assistant manager. They both worked with me on the cost of moving into another unit. Maintenance is probably one of the best things about living here because they come within a couple of hours. Unfortunately, the downside is the amount of car noise that goes on throughout the night. And the parking is not the best here, thankfully I have a garage but there's no parking for any of my friends nor family when they visit. Other than that, it's great living here!

I have lived here for many years, and I love it! I love the storage, maintenance, (quick and they do a great job!) and the people I have met here. I love the colors of everything. It is safe and close to my work, shopping, etc. I love the high ceilings, layout, and nearly everything in my apartment. I wish they were condos and I would buy it. I highly recommend living here. They did tow my car. I was not happy about that. It cost me A LOT of money. I wish they would have texted or called before they did that. But overall, everything is very nice here, and I think it's a great place to live.

I have lived here for a year, and I'm going to renew my lease here in the next few months. I enjoy the location and the amenities that it has to offer.

Love living here just expensive. Maintenance fails to complete service calls

I love San Tropez. Everything is so great and especially with maintenance. They are very prompt and thorough.

We are only a few days into our lease, but have had a good experience. Free uncovered parking is easy to find, even at night. The maintenance team is really on top of all requests, both at the spa and apartment. They say less than 3 hours but it's closer to 20 minutes. Front office staff is phenomenal, all 4 that we got to work with. The apartment was clean aside from a little stain on the carpet, has fresh 2 tone paint that I can't get over. Smart home, really effective AC unit. Only negative is the amenities are lacking greatly. Small pool, broken little hot tub. The grills don't come with spatulas, or grates, not sure they are hooked up. But I do see people grilling on their patio, and honestly that is better to me anyways.
