JEFF IS A SUPERSTAR!
I want to take a moment to recognize Jeff, one of the apartment maintenance workers. He has consistently impressed me with his professionalism and courtesy. Every time he comes to help, he knocks and announces himself, which I really appreciate. Recently, he took the time to thoroughly troubleshoot my washer as well as help clean the water that leaked allover the floor into other areas of the apartment. Whenever there is issues with anything, he is always ensuring everything was working perfectly before he left. His attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile do not go unnoticed. I sincerely hope he is compensated fairly—at least $55 an hour—because I truly want him to continue being my maintenance worker for a long time to come. Thank you, Jeff, for your outstanding service!

TREES, GRASS, QUIET on a dead end street
You are looking at this because you are considering it. I have been here 2 years and it isn't perfection but don't listen to the disgruntled people reviews. This is a diverse community. Lots of dogs. And one might occasionally get a rotten neighbor. In apartments you must live and let live. I haven't found the office staff to be rude or mean. But they have rules from corporate that they have to stick to. Just be firm and nice and talk to the HEAD person, they will work with you. C'mon you know that's the way it has to be. My apartment is "fine" - I do hate the noise in breezeways , but I'm working on it. The grounds are very well kept and that is the reason I stay! Raphael is now my friend and I love seeing him as I walk my dog. I would like them to open the second pool, seems like a "value" issue that needs attention. All in all, this place is a gem in Salt Lake County. I'm from Tennessee originally and I can relax with the trees and grass here and the AMAZING dog park. I had lunch in the gazebo next to the playground and MUST mention the Jordon River Trail is across the street. We are surrounded by a golf course and on a dead end street. QUIET is the best part. Don't dismiss this property, it really is a special place in the area.
