The parking situation is frustrating, there us absolutely no parking for guests other than paid street parking, which are typically full when there's events downtown. There are dozens of open parking spots in the building's parking garage that are supposedly rented out to the hotel, but still dozens of them are rarely occupied. There have been many issues with the availability and function of the amenities here in the past year. The movie theater room was down for months, and is still difficult to use. Plus, paying a non-refundable $100 just to reserve the room is absolutely insane. The pool and hot tub were also down for a significant chunk of time while they were under maintenance. This took up time in the late summer and early fall, when using the pool is most desired. The clubhouse is also rarely occupied because it also costs a ridiculous amount of money to just reserve. I can understand having that money used as a refundable safety deposit, in case there are damages or it is left unclean. However, charging a large amount of money for these amenities that we supposedly already pay for is asinine.
