Our first year wasn't too bad, but as we progress living here, it seems to go downhill. The building continues to smell like weed for being no smoking. It still smells like it after getting notices on our doors that they will do an inspection. After the threat of a fine for leaving animal waste, the residents are still doing it. The door to enter the apartment from the parking lot smells like dog poop and pee and that’s super frustrating. The spa has been closed for a majority of the winter for being “year round,” so that’s frustrating. The gym never has wioes to wipe down usuage and that went on for like two weeks so I can only imagine how gross everything actually was. I don’t have issues in my own unit, though. The mail issue has become frustrating as well after both gates have closed. The management says they do not “handle packages” after we’ve watched them move packages to the clubhouse and so we’ve had packages lost.
