Very good

The biggest issues are noise and maintenence request speed, although the latter hasn't been an issue in a while. It's unpleasant having the noise of the construction, and I used to hear the noise of trucks at trader joes late at night, but not so much anymore

The apartments are fine

I like living in the apartments. The only thing I don't like is the cigarettes and pot smells from the other tenants. So, if you like those smells, you won't have any issues. It's excellent for walking around town. Close to basically everything including Trax. At least in my apartment it does get cold even with the heat on. So your heat bill may be high. The only ceiling fan is in the bedroom so having your own fans would be helpful for the the front room and kitchen.

Liberty Square

We were promised parking and have zero. Property staff went ahead and took it upon themselves to post reserved parking signs right next to the office for them to park in because they “don’t want a ticket” for parking on the street but don’t allow paying residents to park in the gated area, like promised. No amenities other than a coffee bar in the office that we don’t have access to unless we are let into the building because our key fobs don’t work. Package delivery and getting packages is a nightmare because office staff is only on property 3-4 days a week and so there’s no where for packages to be delivered. Only able to get into community with a key fob, so if you forget it, good luck.
