Maintenance and staff are awesome, build quality is ok. Floors are very creaky for a recently built place.

We have been living here for 5 months, like it’s small community and less problems than larger communities. Management and staff are nice, but they could have an extra person to help when during busy hours. Tony and Brandon are awesome!

Lived here for 4 months. No amenities to speak of but reasonable value for the price that I pay. Maintenance has always been timely.
