Small nice community

We have been living here for 5 months, like it’s small community and less problems than larger communities. Management and staff are nice, but they could have an extra person to help when during busy hours. Tony and Brandon are awesome!

Great Location and Space

I've really enjoyed living at Strata townhomes. The location is ideal, living right next to I-80 and I-15, the S-line train, and with a Winco behind us! My maintenance requests are always handled within a reasonable timeframe and the neighbors are very kind.

Adequate - Location Driven

We love the location of our home and take incredible care of our place. We pay to have cleaners bi-monthly to maintain our standard. There are others who do not take pride in the home, garbage on the front stoops and not in the provided garbage cans, limited landscaping with trash in the bushes. Last year we had beautiful roses and then they were all cut down to the grown. We take pride in our home, our deck and how neighborly we are. We are excellent tenants and would've hoped to even see a reduction in rent as we are consistent, dependable and great to those around us.
