Easy to get everywhere in the city
Strata 99 Townhouses are located near i80 and i15, which allows easy access to anything in the SLC area and to many different ski resorts. The walls are thick enough that I do not hear my neighbors too much and they layout makes sense. The main disappointment is there is no pantry in the kitchen, because the laundry is in the kitchen (behind a door). I am renewing my lease.
Very happy here!
Its been a fantastic experience, the property is always clean and the people that live here are nice and friendly.
