Great location good prices
Mostly good! Couple maintencance issues related to parking or elevators. Got a unit which got nee flooring which is great. Love the brickyard area.

Comfortable, Modern, & Secure!
I have lived at Element 31 since 2019 and have lived in a single bedroom apartment and two bedroom apartment. What I love most about these apartments is the sense of security and comfort. The apartments have a modern touch, but the neutral colors allow you to make your apartment your own. I also enjoy being able to go right down to the gym and pool area. It is very quiet and the people in this building are respectful and friendly. Overall it is a very clean environment and when things need to get fixed, they usually on it.

Decent place, good neighbors, good location. Generally a nice building and apartment. Management can be a stick in the mud when you need something that is their responsibility.

Element 31 Review
The price is reasonable for the great location. We don’t hear our neighbors much. The biggest downfall is the staff can be unorganized. Overall, we enjoy living here.
