Parking is pretty bad and unfortunate that it has to be monetized to get an assigned spot or even more for the garage

I've lived here just under a year, but I'm so glad my sister and I picked these apartments! The apartments are so spacious, and allow for much needed privacy not only from any other roommates but also from other apartments. The closet space is enough that I can fit a dresser and shoe rack in there with ease. The bathrooms are also very roomy and easy to keep organized. The kitchen space is by far one of my favorite things about these apartments. There's so much storage space in the kitchen cabinets and multiple people can cook/prep food on the counters at once. In terms of the community aspect of living here, everyone I've met is very friendly, especially all the staff. I've appreciated how kind and attentive everyone who works here is. I also think the monthly/seasonal events put on by Brixton are a lot of fun and a really cool way to get to know your neighbors.
