Gilbert White Duplex

Overall we have liked renting under TPM. The people at the office are nice and attentive, though our particular property manager is hard to get ahold of (this has been the case for other residents under this manager). We’ve had a couple of maintenance requests submitted that had no real movement unless we called them constantly or talked with the office, so that is frustrating, but when they finally do arrive, they are helpful and good people. Nice company, but they manage a lot of properties, so expect delays.
