Much Better Options

Lived here for a year. Worst experience. Walls completely thin. Finsihed of the apartment are bad from loose towel racks to door and floor gaps. Every unit seems different although theyre advertised the same some are way more updated. Dog firiendly neigubirhood except theres dog poop everywhere. Amenties dont work most of the time. The doors with secured entrance were broken all year until recently but you pay for them. You pay for a camera that is useless that watches a secure delivery room. Property manager is hard to get a hold of although she is a onsite manager. Multiple phone calls and emails are ignored. Simple things require multipe trips to the office. If youre lucky theyll sort it out. Maintenance is kind of a joke too. Sinole things take forever to get fixed. Most of the apllicances in our unit were “upgraded” but majority of the apllicances gave out within a year and rquired multiple trips and begging to get fixed. Proce wise its not worth it for the quality you get. Theres better and newer in Ogden for better price than what the view offers.

Walking distance to everything

The View on 20th, is a great location for those who enjoy spending time outside and near downtown Ogden. There are so many things within walking distance like the river, restaurants, stores, the Farmers Market, movies, wall climbing, gym. etc
