Great

The only complaint that we have is not with the complex itself. We are tortured by the constant motorcycles that rev their engines behind building A. The other complex west of building A also has a TON of screaming children outside all of the time. Again, all things that aren't related to our complex. I think it says a lot that our complaint has nothing to do with the actual place itself!

Hella expensive, buuuuut.....

Worth every penny, when peace is the name of the game. Yeah sure people don't pick up after their dogs...on the property, but that's because of poo-prints, which is worth the money spent upfront. Yeah sure, the pooch park could be much larger (because it seems every dog labeled a problem dog by other communities, calls this place home, and that's great, but they all need a place to get their run on yano... without the sheppies tryin to eat the lil ones or the huskies with anger aggression toward other large dogs needs the joint to himself for a bit). Yeah sure the place was built on a liquefaction zone and there are cracks emerging in places unseen before and those dang pendulum lights are really needing replaced with something more functional (i.e. easily replaced?), but Paul is really excellent and really very knowledgeable. If we can't fix it, then we put a ticket in for him to fix it (we once lived at a place where all they did was promise to fix, not actually fix... Mirella is NOT that place). So yeah... we spend a whole lot more, but we have had our peace returned, we don't have our car vandalized or stolen. We don't have police here every other day for the neighbors. My dogs aren't walking in poo. They aren't walking in trash or broken glass. We don't have to police the area for needles or other unsavory stuff that might hurt them or other dogs. We don't have to worry about gang threat here (at least not that I have seen).

A place to live

This apartment complex is in a decent location, but it is so close to the refineries that it often smalls bad. It is really expensive, but we like having a garage. I wish there qas a security system since we are paying for one. When it went away, they didn't cut down the bill for that at all. I also wish there was better drainage in the grass by the pool. Also, there is always do much dog poop on the grass right there so it is a giant poopy muddy mess most of the time.

I have really enjoyed living @ Mirella @ Foxboro! Everyone is friendly, helpful, and Paul, the maintenance guy is awesome! I have recommended these apartments to many of my friends who always comment on how nice they are!
