I love living here! Honestly, it was a bit rough at first with the previous property manager (Kristen). She was extremely aggressive, snappy, and rude towards the end of her employment. For example, she told me that maybe I just shouldn't be naked in my home from 9-5 in case maintenance decided to show up. She apparently got fired and honestly as soon as that happened, suddenly our maintenance tickets were getting done and everything just became great. Awesome guest parking and the units are off the street so I feel like we avoid the noise. Maintenance is so kind and super helpful. Excited to see what happens with the new manager!

Neighborhood is quiet and clean, love the property manager as she is responsive and attentive. Little more in pricing but worth it. Love the floor plan unlike many new town homes that consist of just a garage on main floor, floor plan is open so move was easier.

My daughter and I have lived at Madrone for seven months now. I am very satisfied with property management--they respond quickly and professionally. I also appreciate the maintenance of the property--every maintenance request I submit is taken care of promptly. I also appreciate the quietness of the complex--you'd never know we were located on a busy main road. Centrally located in Murray.
