The townhouse we live in is very nice. The owner is a nice guy. But he joined this property management group the second year of our lease which was about 3 months ago. We had some maintenance issues that took forever to get a response on and never really fixed. We were told some other minor things would be fixed, the AC filter would be changed. None of this happened. The property management is pretty much non-existent. Paying on the portal is nice and easy.
