Overall Relaxing
Overall a very relaxing comfortable home to live. Staff is all very kind and understanding. They have sympathized with my unique circumstances more so than an average frequently seen person. Im OCD and a bit picky and i love living here.

Villas on Main is the best place to rent in Layton.
My family and I have lived here for almost a year and a half. We recently moved into a new unit and the office staff made the transition so easy. They are always super helpful and work with you. They also keep you updated and provide lots of information onnthings going on at the apartments. They often do donations and fun things too keep the apartment community envolved! The maitnence team is so helpful and effective, they are also just the best to talk too. The amenities are so convenient and are always well maintained. We love the area we are in and feel so safe being here! We wouldnt want any other place to call home than our place at Villas On Main.
Really Nice Community
Really nice community and although we’ve had different management and staffs over the past 6 years the atmosphere is still very cozy and friendly. Never had problems with our leases since we moved in. The property is very well maintenance all around with the buildings, the grass, the parking lot, the park, as well as the gym and the pool area. Whenever there are concerns brought up to the front office they are met with professional manners and approached with immediate attention. Loved and enjoyed the summer activities and the pool parties every year. We’ve always enjoyed the decorations when it comes to the holidays. The only major concern we’ve had since we’ve been here is the internet/cable package but that’s about it. As far as location goes I couldn’t ask for a better location for we are in distance of all our needs and wants. Gas stations, mechanic shops, grocery stores, car wash, schools, churches, mall, restaurants & bars, movie theaters, fun centers and parks are no more than a 10 minute drive from here and that’s just driving down the main road. If only they have 4 bedrooms here otherwise we would go for another 6 years or so because it’s been perfect for us but our little family is getting bigger with new editions so this might be our last year here. Very grateful to call this place home for these past great years and to drown in great memories we’ve built here with our Little Ones. For anyone who’s looking to move here, just handle your end and the rest is bless!
