This Apartment building has stunned me with its beautiful room and amenities. The staff are so helpful and friendly that it just makes me want to go thank them once again for the opportunity to live here. The hospitality is very welcoming and the maintenance team was very responsive. I can't believe this place even exists and with the ease of moving in, I'm grateful for this place in my new chapter of life.

My husband and I have lived here for a full year now. Renewing our lease was a must! We couldn't be happier with our decision. This place has exceeded all of our expectations. The management and staff are incredibly friendly and responsive. Any maintenance requests are handled promptly, and they go out of their way to ensure that residents are happy and comfortable. There are no noise disturbances, and the provided services are great! They frequently host fun events where everyone gets to come together over delicious food and drinks if they'd like! They offer a spacious, nicely well-equipped gym with modern, top tier machines, which is fantastic. The pool area is another highlight. It is beautifully maintained and there is ample seating for lounging and relaxing. I absolutely love the spa-like area. It can easily become a go-to spot to unwind after a long day. They check off all of the boxes. If you have fur babies, they cater to them too! The overall ambiance of the complex is wonderful, clean, quiet, and has a real community feel. There is so much to rave about this place, I could go on forever, but I'd advise you to come and see for yourself! The location is safe and convenient for any family, with many shopping options and restaurants nearby to choose from. It is such a welcoming environment. I can't say enough amazing things about this place. It is a breath of fresh air! You will not regret a moment spent here. If you're looking for a place that offers GREAT amenities and a welcoming atmosphere, you can cut your search short because I highly recommend 7th West at Midtown, it truly is a great place to live!
