The community is well-maintained, with landscaped grounds, a swimming pool, a fitness center, a clubhouse and a playground. The staff has been super friendly, helpful and responsive to any requests or issues. The location is super convenient, right next to Farmington Station and easy freeway & highway access. The rent is reasonable for the area.
