Great place to live for singles. Waiting for elevators is a nightmare most of the time. It takes a minimum of 10 min to get to my apartment from the garage sometime up to 20minutes. There is only three elevators for the entire building which makes taking the stairs faster if I didn’t have a stroller, groceries and kids with me. More elevators could make this place easier to get around. Maintenance was always quick. Staff is always friendly.

There are many things to like about this complex. It is modern, a great location, and the amenities are fairly nice all things considered. The gym and pet spa in particular are great. However the pool room is missing a ball and the pet park seems to rarely get cleaned, I thought that with the pet DNA testing it would deter people leaving their animal droppings but it is nearly always filled with pet waste. As for staff they often act unprofessionally and as if they have no idea what their admin/rental property company is trying to do or implement. My biggest example of this is when the rental insurance changes companies it took two weeks 3 different people to tell me that there was no digital way to upload my insurance policy and that I'd have to mail it to their PO box. Then the final day of the dead line they texted saying digital upload was possible. There also has been fee errors in my rent portal I have had to message about. As for maintenance our elevator seems to break once a week since I have moved in, and the garage doors had a 3 week period of maintenance. There is also a rumble strip in front of the underground parking entrance that has been stripped away and I doubt will ever be fixed. Over all its a nice space to live in but the staff is its biggest detractor in my rating of the facility.

I think that the rules are not good I don’t like that I can’t have a trailer parked in the outside parking. I also don’t like that the garbage isn’t picked up on the weekend and it’s an amenity that we pay for. I think the gym needs better equipment and I I don’t like the idea of not being able to get two reserve parking spots
