Absolutely love the commercial space. Perfect size for a private studio/salon. Love the big windows, hard floors, and because it was once a motel the rooms are super quiet and you don’t hear the people in the space next to you. The main management person is not just a wonderful person, but kind and helpful. Always cheerful and had great communication with tenants.

There is just a lot of construction, it was very windy for about three weeks. Any of my clients. Because of the banging on the wall, it’s knocked off our decoration candle. Parking has been a pain as the construction workers have constantly been parking in the spot closest to the salon. Leaving no room for our clients to park. They’re having to walk long distances to get to our salon. Many complaints from them on that front as well.
