Banner Hill has gone through multiple phases of management in the last 15 months. I have had a poor experience with them all and have felt led to believe things that were not true regarding my rent. These townhomes are very overpriced for the lack of amenities we have, and a lot of things were built very cheaply and rushed. Ive had things fall off of cabinets, the banisters were installed into the drywall and not studs so they pulled out, etc. I would not recommend this as a place to live. The only plus is the location.

The are is great for me because I work just a few blocks away, but the town home as too many little problems, the windows don't close all the way, cold air comes from the front door, the wind is super crazy on this spot. Can't wait to move out.
