Overall review

-There is not a lot of parking at all for any visitors. Not sure where they are to go if there are no uncovered parking spots available. -The noise with neighbors and with the nearby construction is pretty bad. -Even when I make an appointment with Maintenance they have never been on time and I have always had to call to find out where they are. -I feel people can do a little better with responding to email inquiries and just following up on issues in general. I always have to re-send an email or call to follow up on things. -I've had great experiences with the staff in general but feel there are some things here and there that could be worked on.

I love it!

I love living here! They've got an awesome decked out gym, a pool, hot tub, and a playground for kiddos. The walls must be made of 6' thick concrete or something because I never hear any of my neighbors. The appartment itself is beautiful and functional, and when I have people over they always are amazed by my living space lol I love it here. Definitely worth every penny.

Great except for parking issues.

Street parking in the townhome area is still a problem making it difficult to get through or in and out of your driveway at times. No tow trucks have been called to tow violators vehicles as indicated in a community wide text message that was sent out. While "No Parking" signs have gone up on some streets, none have gone up along buildings 14-17.

10 months later, a Review

I've lived here 10 months. We've put in our 60 day notice (which took weeks to organize when and where to do it) so I don't feel bad writing this although I will keep it anonymous as it contains some negativity. I'll go topic-by-topic. Parking: Okay if you have an apartment. But street parking is often necessary. If you have a townhouse with a garage, parking is great. Amenities: Not the best, and the "community" party room costs like $100 to rent or something ridiculous. But everything else is free and functional. Maintenance: Okay response time, but status updates have been few and far between. Staff: Some managers are nice and actually try to work FOR you. But the person actually in charge is consistently salty/grumpy and does not go out of her way for anything. Value: Terrible. Never again will I pay $2100 a month (No, I'm not kidding) with Utilities, a mandatory media package, and a credit booster that was in tiny text in the lease, for a TWO BED TWO BATH TOWNHOUSE. I'd rather find a 4 bed house for 1900 a month with utilities. Ridiculous. Location: Location is great. No complaints. Location is the ONLY excuse to live here. But I'd rather save $500+ per month and live 5 more minutes from work. Noise: Sub par. The garbage truck comes almost every other day at 7 AM and takes 5-10 minutes to empty two bins per corner. This has been the case year-round. At least I can't hear my neighbors whatsoever and have had zero complaints about my leatherworking and occasional loud music. All in all, it's a community with decent people, but grumpy managers that I DARE you to ask for a favor from, and insanely high prices.
