Excremento de perros en la entrada del apartamento

Buenas noches, ya en varias ocasiones he tenido que recoger el excremento de perros que dejan frente al apartamento y en las vías para caminar donde ya he llegado a ensuciarme los zapatos con el excremento. Me parece bastante desagradable que hay personas que tienen a sus mascotas y las sacan a hacer sus necesidades frente al apartamento de otros residentes y sin el mínimo interés de recogerlo y limpiar.
