I think for what it cost its a little sub standard mainteance issues are taken care of if its major but if not forget it they dont do anything they dont have to office is great but ram partners (owners) just tryin to soak oil field workers for all they can get noticed a difference in overall management lately neighbors are good pool well kept but super expesive it should be

Overall a great experience! We struggled a lot last summer as we submitted multiple maintenance requests to have our AC fixed to no avail. Ended up having to use window units. Luckily they fixed it before temps started rising this time around. Other than this, we have enjoyed living at RAM.
