Diamond in the Rough
Ismael does great work! While my apartment started in unlivable conditions, so much work has gone into fixing things that I'm quite content to live here now. He fixed my AC today; looks in addition to the roofers scattering nails across the parking lot to pop our tires, they also broke at least my AC unit. But I have AC now.

Dog feeces
Dog feeces all over Front yard. No one cleans up after their animals.

Service is trash
Service here is trash! We keep sending work order & no one do anything 3 months ago when we moved in we notice wholes in the walls & we ask the maintenance people to fix that because we did not want mouses in our house. & it’s exactly what it just happen We have been fixing the apartment by ourselves, the people from the office don’t do anything maintenance guy never around or always sleeping on his car. I pay my rent on time & it’s unfair the don’t care about the apartment conditions. Specially when Ileana the assistant manager knew the apartment was not ready & she still gave us the key saying it was..
