Would Have Stayed

After two years of being residents, we learned our rate would increase by $400. This is a great place, however it lacks amenities besides the basic gym and pool. Besides the renovations to the outside of the buildings, adding more leisure amenities would make it worth it. Maybe a dog park, tennis ball court, or even a lounge/hang out area for residents.

ECI’s pet-friendly communities welcome cats and most breeds of dogs. Pet fees are $350 for the 1st and $150 for the 2nd and pet rent is $20 per month per pet ($40 mo. for 2). Because certain breeds do not thrive in a community environment, we cannot accommodate the following breeds, dogs resembling these breeds or mixes of these breeds:  Akita, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman, Dogo Argentino, German Shepherd, Husky, Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler, and Wolf Hybrid.
