I've had ongoing problems with the upstairs neighbors, they disregard all warnings from the office, water leaks thru the ceiling and the noise is ongoing day and night, loud enough to cause my wall pictures to drop and/or vibrate. The problems have been ongoing for months, the police have been called. Nothing has been done about it.
