Quiet neighborhood with kind neighbors. Paying extra for location, which is more valuable than other aspects of the place like quality of appliances, total square footage, caroet, etc.

These apartments are by far the best place I have ever lived. The office staff are so kind, helpful, and just amazing! Anything you need they will try their best to accommodate to your needs. The landscape is always kept up! It is always beautiful. You will see maintenance and other landscaping individuals on the premises all the time working on something. Maintenance is amazing!! They do not play any games. As soon as you put in a maintenance request they are quick to fix the issue(s)! The location is perfect if you want an environment that is peaceful. Everybody stays to themselves, but are still very friendly! If you walk past they say hey or smile. I have never had any issues with noise or issues with other residents living here. Their amenities are amazing. They update and upkeep the pool, grills, etc. Everything looks nice and clean all the time which I love! Let's not forget to mention the beautiful view of the lake across the street I pass every time I leave and come home, and when I sit on my balcony! This is definitely a great place to live for the price, amenities, safety, and great service! ??
