Its been a journey that's for sure

Where do i even start. So much has happened since our moving in. We have had an awful experience with spiders that hasn't been full resolved but every-time we contact the office we feel like we are bugging them. The pool chairs are ripped. The parking has been fine until neighbors started having lots of guests over and i have had to park two buildings down before. The pest control is just plan useless. Other than that maintenance is AMAZING. Darrel is literally on top of the game. All of our work orders have been taken care of same day and correct on the 1st time. The grounds are always clean and there are tons of amenities ( the "car wash" is just a car port with a vacuum) anyway. For us the price is too high for the spider issues we are facing. And from what i have read the yearly renewal increase is steep. but this may all be us and our single one unit. Not everyone will have our experience here i hope.

I love this apartment. All of the staff is super friendly and helpful. Anytime I need anything they are always there to assist me. I don’t have any complaints really. I wish the parking was assigned because I always have to park two or three buildings down but that’s about it. I feel safe here. It’s quiet and everyone is pretty friendly and stays to themselves.
