Its been cool. I have lived in colony house for a nunber of years. Its changing slightly with the type of people that are leasing. I don't think all of them respect thr community and others personal space. I think management is cool but need to monitor a few things more closely.

Some neighbors with dogs are disturbing. People als do not pick up animal waste. Also, people park in front if homes that are not theirs.
