From nearby walking trails to the multiple pet stations throughout the property, you and your furry friend will be able to enjoy the outdoors together. Our non-refundable pet fee is $400 for your first pet and only $550 for two pets. There is a two pet limit. Monthly pet rent is $15 per pet. We do, however, have some breed restrictions. Breed. Creekside at Providence is a pet-friendly community featuring a community pet park, allowing your pet/animal to enjoy being off-leash in this designated area. In order to properly qualify your pet for occupancy or to simply certify that you will be moving into our community without a pet, but understand our policy, please complete a brief questionnaire by visiting www.petscreening.com. This will need to be completed prior to move-in and will need to be updated upon renewal should you choose to extend past your initial lease term. Please note: Pet rent applies to each pet. This policy is subject to change at any time without prior notice. For the most current information or if you have questions about a specific breed or pet type, please don’t hesitate to contact our office. Restrictions: For the safety and comfort of all residents, we do not allow the following dog breeds (including predominant mixes): Doberman, German Shepherd, Rottweiler, Great Dane, Pit Bull–type, Chow, Husky–type, Alaskan Malamute, Chinese Shar-Pei, Mastiff–type (including Bull Mastiff and Cane Corso), Wolf dog hybrids, St. Bernard, Akita, Staffordshire Terrier. The property itself is beautiful and the location is great, but the walls and ceilings are so thin. Even normal walking from my upstairs neighbor or the tv from the people next to me is so loud it sounds like it’s almost in my apartment

Haven't lived here long so most of my review will be based on reaction to the initial condition of the place. Didn't seem like the apartment had been very well as the kitchen, laundry room, windows weren't clean upon moving in. Windows didn't close properly and blinds were broken and needed repair/replacing upon discovery. Dryer wasn't connected to the wall properly so running it heated the entire house. Kitchen, laundry room, windows weren't clean upon moving in. Parking is 'first come, first serve' so prepare to park away from your house. Both refrigerator doors don't open completely, as it's tucked into an alcove that doesn't allow for it, which feels like an unforced error. Altogether a bit disappointed after all the money spent but I still like the floorplan, the general area (lot of shopping and food options, though the main thoroughfare is really congested much of the time) and it's what's considered affordable for these times so... eh

This is a very comfortable and convenient place to live. The amenities are very nice abd well-kept. The parking can be a little inconvient without a garage. However, the area is very safe and I have had no issues.

I love living here. Its beautiful, and close to everything. The only downside is if your apartment is close to a road, you can hear about everything. My upstairs neighbors are also a bit loud.
