Love the floor plan of the townhouse and its location. Occasional loud ?? music but quiet generally. The office staff is accommodating, as well as, maintenance; given the work load.

Crestbrook Meadows is a great place to raise a family, especially with the addition of the new playground but parking can be a bit of a squeeze at times and the trash from the kids that occupy the neighborhood can be a bit overwhelming at times but grounds crew and trash team is great but overall a great place to raise a single family.

Could be better, maintenance takes forever, houses are barely put together, neighbors are great, new management is improving as well!
