Other then the spider problem, more parking, & i wish we had dumpsters instead of trash cans cause they only come 1x a week i have no complaints about the living area.

It’s a decent place to live. Just need repairs done that hasn’t been done since I moved in the apartment put in Plenty maintenance request doesn’t get done in time or at all I feel features with the house need to be repaired like cabinets, toilets, etc.

Overall, its been favorable with staff and managers. Tere have been challenges with some neighbors with loud noises and disruptions.

It’s ok living in the area but it’s hard to get some things worked on in the unit i live in. There are repairs that are needed in my unit that maintenance hasn’t done and i put all the things in my portal on the website but nothing gets done
