My husband and I found this STATION at the top of the Hill off of Highway 321. The Model Home/ office and several homes were completed and Building was going 0n with this project and we signed on immediately and picked the HOME we knew was made for us as we would eventually journey here miles away from a big city and the home we'd loved for 35 years after it was built for us. Now here we both are in our completed beautiful home...our Little Slice of Heaven! The immenities are incredible and the Staff so great and kind and friendly. Sarah, Ashayla in the office run a great Team and David is spot on and ever so helpful and has been just great and Leo is as well! Mr. T. Boone is someone that we were fortunate enough to meet as he has been involved with the construction of this amazing and unique property. Thank you for your great heart! We know we will always be grateful for finding our Home here at the station. Quiet, beautiful surroundings and privacy yet community all in this spot at the top of the Hill at The Station! Thank you! To whom it may concern I have lived at The Station almost a year the things that are noticed are the groundskeeping I would rate as poor and a work in progress the amenities are great if only, we had a staff that would keep up the cleanliness of the center the pool is being taken care of by the maintenance worker and does a great job the staff in the office could interact with the tenants more making a pleasant experience the work orders are promptly addressed and taken care of, overall I love The Station and have hopes to see changes in the future.

Love that it's quite. Nice residents and respectful. Don't love the parking. Sometimes have to park 3-4 houses down from our place. Amenities are not ready for use.
