The price of my rent was fair when i moved in, but my rent has been increased by 100 dollars each lease renewal. One time i can understand, but twice in a row? Everybody is already struggling, now we're barely surviving. Consider taking it back down some.

We haven't been here long enough to figure out how things go around here. We're eager to learn the ins & outs of living in an apartment complex. We've had some snags that have been agitating, but we hope that will nit continue & that we can just live our lives happy & in harmony w/ our neighbors.
