Great Location and Staff! Worth renewing next year.

The location is fantastic for easy access to the city, north, west, and south Knoxville. The Staff is very attentive to issues that come up. Also, the staff is proactive with regular pest control and other services provided as preventative measures and not reactive measures. Another benefit is that all of my neighbors are friendly and peaceful. In the future, I hope to see KUB Fiber come to this complex. Finally, things are well enough that I intend to renew in April next year.

Great Place to Live

I have been at the property almost a year now. The Greenway is great to have at arms length. The property is located conveniently close to Sam's Club, Walmart, and many other restaurants and stores. The leasing staff are always professional and maintenance comes out and fixes things right away. Wonderful place to live.
