It has been a pleasure and privilege living here for nearly 10 years. The staff is exceptional in attention and detail to their positions each day. Our community has many friendly people and there are plenty of amenities as well. Also, direct access to the nature trail is great!

We love living at Walker Springs. Although this is an older blick ofvapartments, we found our place oainted and clean when we moved in. Our view on the greenway is exactly what we were hoping for. To live right on the greenway is so convenient as I love cycling and walking. The birdlife is amazing. Although we are clise to the play park, the place is very quiet. Just laughter of children playing sometimes whis is a very pleasant sound. We do hear sounds from neighbours, not because they are nousy, but vecause the walls seems to be less sound proof than where we lived before. The maintenace team responds most of the time within the same day or the day after we submitted a reqeust. We feel we get excellent value fir our money here. You wont find anything cheaper with such quality service in West Knoxville. I would have liked the paintwork on the exterior to be done since it looks a bit shabby with some paint pealing off.
