We haven’t experienced a great apartment renters lifestyle since we signed our lease here. Between not being able to keep management, telling us the contract doesn’t cover them fixing broken drains and then when I ask for the part numbers they want to fix it, we have a one bedroom, one bath apartment and our toilet busted and it was the after of the next day before they fixed it (one bath is supposed to be treated as an emergency), we had a water leak for 2 months before it was finally fixed and they cut a hole into my walls and said they’d have it patched and repainted and it’s yet to happen.... almost a year later. I wouldn’t recommend this apartment company or complex to anyone who is looking for an apartment. Over priced and they don’t take care of the apartments. We aren’t smokers and our neighbors are so our apartment constantly smells like smoke. We have yet to see pest control since we’ve been here March 2017 and we apparently pay for pest control. The location is convenient but that’s about it.
