lived 2 years, icemaker doesn't dispense, apt 80B is very noise & breaks every rule in the lease, runs a business out of the garage etc

My wife and I moved in a year and 9 months ago. We are renting a one - bedroom apartment, which is very spacious and up to date. Management is always helpful. Maintenance has taken care of, what few issues we have had, in a timely manner. We have a wonderful group of renters in this community and everyone is nice to us. I keep thinking about the signs I see that says Welcome Home. This is home to me and my wife and we feel this is the best place to be.
