Good location and amenities. Biggest complaint is the walls are paper thin. You can hear almost everything your upstairs neighbors do. If your neighbors have dogs you can hear them constantly.

Beautiful property that is still very new and well kept. Close to Johnson City, Kingsport, and Bristol. Property is also located very close to the interstate.
