Max weight 25 lb each. A one-time, deposit of three hundred dollars ($300) is required for each pet, excluding those that meet and are approved based on reasonable accommodations and modifications.  Resident agrees that any damage to the unit will be paid by the Resident. No pet is permitted if the anticipated weight at maturity exceeds 25 pounds.  Puppies of large breed dogs will NOT be permitted, as they are anticipated to exceed the 25-pound limit.  A Resident is only allowed two (2) pets per unit.  Pets other than a cat or dog, when allowed, must be kept in a cage in the unit.  NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances:  Snakes, Spiders, Ferrets, Pot Belly Pigs or other Reptiles.

So far Valley View has been a gem. The neighbors are friendly. The apartment grounds are clean and well manicured. I also feel the monthly inspections make the tenants keep their apartments clean and in good shape. I am very happy with my choice to move here.

I believe it will be wonderful since i home school my son. If you're thinking about doing it. Best thing I've ever done I wished I'd done that 2 years ago. Faith missionary. Is awesome. So with that being said. My son would able to still see his friends and meet new friends i believeit wouldbe awesome. .

All I do is clean but yet bugs are everywhere. The office all they do is spray and we are far beyond that at this point cause I was ignored for so long. The appliances I have are so out dated and barely work it’s ridiculous. I don’t recommend living here if I could get out and had another place to go I would.
