Decent Experience

We’ve had a good experience, the office staff and maintenance team is super helpful and friendly and I can tell that they care about the residents. On the other hand, we’ve had a not-so-good experience with keeping up with the maintenance of our unit. Within the span of a month we’ve had issues with our bathroom sink, fridge, dishwasher, gutter, and shower knob. The staff attended to our needs quickly and fixed all the problems so there’s a lot of appreciation for them, however it would have been better if those issues hadn’t come up in the first place.

Overall Pleased, been here 10 years!

Eventhough I have experienced several staff rotation, office and maintenance, they have All been very helpful, pleasant and knowledge. Maintenance have always been prompt and nice! I don’t have a dog anymore, their pet facilities are superior! And the grounds are always well kept and pretty!
