We have very nice neighbors, and it is always quiet. I moved here from Nashville three years ago and it was six months before I heard any fire or Police sirens. I was tired of city life and just needed a quiet environment. Ashland Farm was everything I was looking for.

The maintenance staff are always quick to resolve work orders. The community is well-lit at night and there is a courtesy officer we can call should we need anything. The amenities like the gym and pool are also well maintained.

I have lived at Ashland Farms for three years and have really enjoyed it. The apartments are well-designed and are high quality. The office staff and maintenance guys are all very helpful.
