I have been a resident here for a year now and wanted to provide a reference before the new leasing company takes effect next week. I was looking to downsize from a townhome and was immediately attracted to the Villages of Forest View because of it's affordability and the amenities. I love the compact design of a one bedroom especially since it was mandatory I have a washer and dryer inside my unit for convenience. The Kitchen appliances are chrome, the granite counter top makes the overall cooking experience all the more enjoyable. Anytime I have reached out for a maintenance request they are on TOP of it. I have really enjoyed my first year of tenancy under HNB and can only hope that the new company will be as attentive, professional and caring. A huge "shout out" to Tonell every time I have engaged with him directly. Maira and Jessica are also very pleasant and responsive too.

Living here has been ok but not worth the rent we pay

Its quiet and comfortable, the only thing is the pool, because is out of service in summer time

Love living here its the best community ive lived in and have no intentions on leaving anytime soon
