Renters Beware

Tara, current manager will tell you what you want to hear but fails to follow up on most issues. She is a nice person and means well but VERY poor at solving problems and handling issues. Complex has a problem with owners allowing their pets to pee/poop everywhere without cleaning up. This leaves an aroma while sitting on your patio that may be undesirable. Complex has a problem with owners pulling their vehicles up to the curb, partially blocking the sidewalk and causing injuries (Documented) to children. Complex has a problem keeping the pool ALGAE Free and you will often see the green growing in most corners and around the edges. Even a mouse was reported to management after it had been floating in the basket screen for two days. Complex has a problem with tenants putting garbage cans outside their doors during hours not acceptable to the lease terms. Garbage cans will be seen outside doors for multiple days without being taken into the apartment. This causes unwanted smells throughout the hallways. Complex has a problem with keeping mailroom organized so packages can be found easily. Mail carriers typically just leave them all on the floor so tenants have to sort through and handle every package until they find theirs. This makes it challenging for older individuals especially. I have many other issues that I could speak of but space is limited. Everything I have described is documented and Tara will certainly tell you a different story.

Great Complex

The entire staff has been incredible since we first came for a tour, on our move-in date, and whenever we have called the front office. The complex is super nice and well-maintained!
