I've been living here since last year. Not happy with their maintenance service, outage for long hour and no quick solution and this happened Couple of time. Cut of water supply without pre-information. I have pigeon birds in my balcony and I asked building manager couple of time to do some solution and been told it will be sorted soon but no action so far.

I believe the Property managers can do better in the event of recurring emergency situations like power outage. Since there are agents who reside in the building, all residents should be promptly notified through sms that management is aware of the issues and be informed of the steps being taken to resolve it immediately. It is frustrating that I have to call the emergency line and speak to Agents who act like they are not aware of the issue already.

Sun, Sept 29, ~1250AM - the power went out. I called Sask Power who indicated they had a report of an outage in this area and had dispatched crews. The SaskPower online outage tool showed same. ~525AM – power still out. I reviewed the Sask Power online outage tool that showed no power outage ongoing in this area. I left the bldg. to see if other bldgs in area had power – they all did, so I assumed the outage was our bldg only. ~545AM – I call the Wellington Bldg emergency line – they took down the information and indicated they would contact Maintenance. I also ran into another tenant in the lobby who said he had done the same earlier – though I didn’t ask when. ~725AM – Power still out. Called emergency line again who said they knew about the outage and had contacted Maintenance but did not know whether or not maintenance had come out. I asked if I could speak with a supervisor or someone to find out the status of the response and they forwarded my call directly to Alberto who indicated he was the Maintenance person. He indicated he would be at Wellington in about half hour. At this time can’t even shower because there is no hot water since power has been out for about 6 ½ hours. ~845AM – Saw Alberto in bldg as I stepped out. Asked him if we would have power soon. He said “maybe”. ~1000AM – power restored Q: When we call the Emergency Line to report something like this, what can we expect the response time to be? Should it have taken this long? Why didn’t the Maintenance staff come out with the first call for assistance? Thanks Rose

The manager Jamie, is really great and helps whenever she can! I use a power wheelchair and its great to have a grocery store and Shoppers close. There are some great parks and amenities close. My only complaint is that the rent prices and services keep going up every year, but not much in the building gets updated? It would be nice if they would update certain things!

This has been a good place to live. The staff is friendly and close for groceries. The only drawback is rents keeps getting highy. There doesn’t seem to be anything for loyalty of staying.
